P2R reserves the right, for the proper use of its Website, to place and access "cookies" on visitors' computers, and they accept them by continuing to browse the site. A cookie contains navigation data on our website, allowing us to know the journey of our visitors and improve it.

The Website may contain links to other sites that we do not operate. We cannot in any way be held responsible for the availability of these links allowing access to these sites and external sources, and cannot assume any responsibility for the content, advertisements, products, services or any other material available on or from these sites or external sources that are neither verified nor approved by our teams.

Registration Conditions

Registration for the professional area is open to all persons who own a two-wheeled business. In order to use its services, Internet users must first complete a registration form on the site via "register". They will then receive a confirmation email of their registration.

P2R cannot be held responsible if the data relating to the registration of an Internet user does not reach it, for any reason whatsoever, or arrives illegible or impossible to process. Any false or incomplete declaration in these registration forms is punishable by the cancellation without notice of the registration. Only one registration per person will be taken into account (same email address, same name). A person registered with the service becomes the publisher of their contributive content.

The elements allowing the member to identify and connect are personal and confidential. The member undertakes to keep their password secret and not to disclose it in any form whatsoever. In the event that a member becomes aware of the loss, theft or fraudulent use by a third party of their identifier, login and password, they undertake to modify the password themselves in the interface provided for this purpose and to notify P2R of these facts.

Personal Data

The information collected when the quote is established is collected and recorded by P2R for the purpose of carrying out the service and managing any claims. Only the data strictly necessary for these purposes is retained.

In accordance with Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended by Law 2014-344 of 17 March 2014, known as the "Informatique et Libertés" law, and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, on request, you have the right to information, rectification and deletion of your data. You can therefore manage this data in the "My account" tab then "My personal data".

You may also object, on legitimate grounds, to the use of your data.
